The shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The shoes must show no signs of wear and should be in their original condition with the packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

This shouldn’t happen, because we carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website. However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes can happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
